Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your shipping or collection information.
Although I aim to have all orders processed, packed and ready for courier collection the following day,
Sometimes, unexpected events happen, for example If I have an influx of personalized orders.

If you have an urgent order, (for a gift etc) contact me over social media or email and I’ll see what I can do.

Please allow 1-3 days in transit for delivery, (Please note that Rural addresses take an extra 2 – 3 working days extra for delivery.) 
Please note - shipping times only applicable after approval of draft for customized products, 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During the Christmas period, shipments may be delayed.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. 
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
